Steps to register for the 98th District Conference & Assembly:
1. Type in dca2023.rotary9212.org on your browser.
2. Click on ‘Register Now’.
3. A new tab will open with the registration page.
4. Enter your club runner login details and click on ‘Sign In’. If you do not (Rotarians of other Districts) have Club Runner logins or you are a Guest, please proceed to enter the required fields and leave the ‘Select Club’.
5. If you have a Club Runner login, your details will be auto populated as below. Choose the appropriate Group then click on ‘Select Options’.
6. Select the standard package, the subtotals will indicate the amount due based on the milestone. Click on ‘Answer Questions’.
7. Answer the two questions using a drop down and enter the emergency contact. Click on ‘Continue to Payment Selection’.
8. Click on ‘Pay by Check’.
9. Pay by MPESA or Debit/Credit.
You will receive an email and text message from our payment provide TINGG as below.
Click on ‘Pay’, you will be redirected to a page similar to below.
Once you confirm the details, click on ‘Pay Amount’. Choose the preferred payment mode. In this case, we will showcase ‘MPESA’.
Click on ‘Pay Now’ on the page below. You will get a pop up on your phone to enter your PIN.
Click on ‘Complete payment’.
You will see a prompt below indicating successful payment.
